As an entrepreneur and former management consultant, Katherine understands the challenges associated with staying creative in a corporate environment. “Moving to a State of Play” creativity workshops are inspired by the simple notion that some of the best creative ideas and innovations often sprout from a state of play. Everyone needs to bounce ideas off of a trusted expert in the field. One of Katherine’s favorite things to do is collaborate on a learning initiatives with other learning designers. She works with leadership consultancies, creative consultancies, and independent contractors on how to improve their offerings, trainings, and workshops by making them more experiential, memorable, and impactful for clients.
